Amy W. Schocken, Partner


Amy W. Schocken has been involved in CDBG and CHIP administration since 1984.  Amy has been responsible for grant applications, environmental reviews, infrastructure oversight, housing rehab oversight and all other aspects of grant administration.  Amy became an owner and partner in January 2003, and has served as the grant administrator for many CDBG and CHIP housing programs.

 

John C. Cleek, Partner


John C. Cleek has been involved in CDBG and CHIP administration since 1989.  John became an owner and partner in January 2003.  John has been responsible for the environmental review process, engineer procurement, preparing bid documents and overseeing infrastructure projects to administer CDBG and CHIP housing programs.

 

Whitaker W. Wright, Senior Planner


Whitaker Wright joined CDC of Ohio in June 2000.  He assists the principals with the administration of various CHIP and CDBG programs.  His primary focus has been on grant administration, environmental review records and other planning activities.

   

Mary Richards Oakley, Senior Planner


Mary was hired in the spring of 2022.  Her duties include grant writing, grant administration, and other administrative responsibilities.

   

Jillian M. Flowers, Associate Planner


Jillian joined the firm in March 2021.  She assists the Partners with grant writing and administration, as well as case processing for the CHIP program.

  

Thomas J. Perry, Associate Planner


Tom joined CDC of Ohio in November 2023.  He assists the Partners with grant writing and administration, as well as with environmental review records and economic development projects.

 

Holly J. Whitcraft, Office Manager


Holly Whitcraft joined CDC of Ohio in January 2013.  Holly's primary duties are to provide administrative assistance and manage many facets of the office.  Holly has 29 years of experience providing administrative, sales/marketing and project management support.
