Amy W. Schocken, Partner
Amy Woodman Schocken has been involved in CDBG and CHIP administration since 1984. Amy has been responsible for grant applications, environmental review, infrastructure oversight, rehab oversight and all other aspects of grant administration. Amy became an owner and partner in January 2003. Amy has served as the Grant Administrator for many CDBG and CHIP housing programs.
John C. Cleek, Partner
John C. Cleek has been involved in CDBG and CHIP administration for over 23 years. John became an owner and partner in January 2003. John has been responsible for the environmental review process, engineer procurement, preparing bid documents and overseeing infrastructure projects for many CDBG and CHIP Housing Programs.
Whitaker W. Wright, Senior Planner
Whitaker joined CDC of Ohio in June 2000. He has been assisting the Principals with the administration of various CHIP programs. His primary focus has been on completing CHIS studies, Environmental Review Records and other planning activities.
Lucie M. McMahon, Assistant Planner
Lucie joined CDC of Ohio in November 2012. She assists the planners with grant writing and administrating processes. Lucie is also the Labor Standards Officer for grant funded activities to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
